Addressing the fundamentals of training to improve rider and horse performance.
Problem-solving and focusing on the building blocks that are at the core of any top-performing horse and rider.
Putting the horse and rider first, sport second.
Horse strength, posture, suppleness and straightness with the use of flat exercises, poles and jumps.
Ideal for horses that need to build muscle and strength.
Horses undergoing rehabilitation are most welcome, but this will require an open conversation between Senara and your current Equine Physiotherapist.
Rider posture, stability, straightness and fitness. Taking into consideration the rider's own confirmation, ability and any physical disabilities from old injuries, etc. A great opportunity to build on skills, self-belief and confidence.
Maximum of 3 in a group - £32.50 per rider
Group of 2 - £45 each
The arena fee is included in the price.
All riders must complete a rider form before attending.
Full payment confirms the booking.
72-hour cancellation policy applies.
All riders must wear a current safety standard helmet.
Body protectors are optional.
